📦 Where We Ship
We currently ship nationwide across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
🚚 Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

💳 Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $99
- Orders under $99: Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight
- Expedited & Priority options are available at an additional cost (calculated during checkout)
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
You can also log in to your Salwa Trader account to view your order and tracking details anytime.
❗ Delayed or Lost Shipments
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking number for the latest updates.
- Confirm that your shipping address is correct.
- Contact our support team if your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once corrected — additional shipping charges may apply.
📦 Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately from different warehouses. In this case, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
🧾 Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after you place your order. If you do not receive one within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for confirmation.
🛑 Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or heavy items.
- Some oversized items may require additional handling time or fees, which will be displayed at checkout.
