✅ Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or plant-based items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools, opened cosmetics)
  • Customized, made-to-order, or final sale items
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or replacement?
We’re happy to process exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day window. Simply contact us to start the exchange process.

If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • A confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed

Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Our support team will respond with return instructions and a return address
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back within 7 days of approval

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

📌 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
